The 5 prompts I use every single week

You don't need to learn AI. You need to learn five prompts. These are the ones I'd keep if I could only keep five.
1. The weekly report
Dump your messy notes in, get a clean update out: wins, in progress, blockers, next week. The trick is telling it to ask you questions when something's missing.
2. Email replies in your voice
Give it three emails you've actually sent. It learns your tone, length and sign-off, then drafts replies that sound like you wrote them.
3. Meeting notes to action items
Paste the transcript. Get a summary, a table of who owns what by when, and a follow-up email ready to send.
4. A week of captions
One line about your business and your customer, and you get five posts with hooks, calls to action and hashtags. Edit two words in each and schedule.
5. To-do list triage
Paste everything on your plate. It sorts it into do today (max three), schedule, delegate and drop, and breaks today's tasks into first steps.
